When booking a holiday in advance you do need to consider what you would do if your circumstances changed or if you could not go on the holiday any more. You need to have adequate holiday insurance to cover this and check that the company you are booking with is ATOL protected. ATOL protection will cover the cost of your holiday should it be cancelled by the company you booked with or should they happen to go bust.
